The Health+ application (the "Application") provides users with access to health-related services. By using the Application, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Age restriction: This application is intended only for users over 18 years of age. Any use of the Application by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and violates these Terms and Conditions.
2. User Conduct: Users are expected to act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Application. Any behavior that disrupts or adversely affects the performance of the Application is strictly prohibited and violates these Terms and Conditions.
3. Limitation of Liability: The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Health Plus makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the Content.
4. Disclaimers: Users understand and accept that any content accessed through the Application is used at their own risk and that they are entirely responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the Application.
By using the Application, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Application.
User rights
- Users have the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of their personal data collected through the Application, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
- Users have the right to object to the processing of their personal data for marketing or profiling purposes and to withdraw the consent given for certain purposes, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the previous consent.
- Users have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the applicable data protection legislation.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
- Health Plus reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any change or update will be effective immediately upon posting on the Application.
- Users are advised to periodically check these Terms and Conditions to be aware of any changes. Continued use of the Application after any modification or update implies acceptance by users.
Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to and interpreted in accordance with Romanian legislation.
- Any dispute or conflict that may arise between Health Plus and users regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved amicably. In case of failure of the amicable solution, the dispute or conflict will be submitted to the competent court in Romania.
