At Health Plus, we take data security very seriously. We understand the importance of protecting our users' personal information and are dedicated to providing a secure and private environment for our users. To ensure the safety and integrity of user data, we use a variety of security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, HTTPS, and other common industry-recommended practices. Also, all data is stored securely and we take all necessary measures to protect it from unauthorized access or abuse.

How do we protect the data collected?

We protect the data collected through the Application using a number of security measures, such as:
  • Data encryption at rest and in transit using strong algorithms and secret keys.
  • HTTPS and other secure protocols to ensure secure communication between the Application and servers.
  • Firewalls, antivirus and other cyber attack prevention solutions.
  • Strict need-to-know data access policies and procedures.
  • Regular audits and tests to check for vulnerabilities and fix potential security breaches.

How do we report security incidents?

  • If we detect or are informed of a data security breach, we will immediately take the necessary steps to stop and contain the incident, identify and notify affected individuals and restore data security as soon as possible.
  • We will report the security incident to the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
  • We will notify affected users of the security incident without undue delay, by email or through the Application, providing them with information about the nature, consequences and measures taken in relation to the incident.
